This site... (Vacation Hold)

... is very hard to negotiate. A month ago I had a vacation hold put on, but I'm back now and not getting digests, so I came to try to get reinstated. Searched for "vacation" but got nothing. Jumped around a lot and finally came up with it (don't know how) and put in yesterday's date to stop and tomorrow's date to start. We'll see if it does.

I think the problem is labelling. It's not clear what the labels are for. Be happy to give you more feedback over the phone or whatever.

I am sorry you are having difficulty with the site, Julie. The vacation hold is on the Email Subscriptions Options page of the User Control Panel. The fields Vacation Hold Start and End seem clear to me. Do you have a suggestion how to make it clearer?

I suggest you put in yesterday's date in "Vacation Hold End" to have your digest resume this evening.
